- Does Sigma require exclusive partnership?
No. Sigma does not require exclusivity. You may operate independently and with other networks while participating in our affiliate program.
- How is commission calculated?
Commission is calculated on the completed trip value (excluding taxes and gratuity) for each booking that originated from your referral link or code.
- What happens if I refer a client who cancels?
Commission is applied to completed trips only. Cancellations within the free cancellation window do not generate commission. Late cancellations subject to a cancellation fee may generate a partial commission.
- Can I refer clients in any Sigma city?
Yes. Your affiliate account covers all eight Sigma markets from the moment it is activated. You do not need to register separately for each city.
- How do I move between commission tiers?
Tiers are calculated on your rolling three-month referral average. When you consistently exceed a tier's monthly threshold, you are upgraded automatically at the next billing cycle.
