Agreement to Terms
By accessing our website at sigmachauffeurs.com or booking any Sigma Chauffeurs service, you confirm that you have read, understood, and agree to be bound by these Terms of Service and our Privacy Policy.
If you are booking on behalf of an organisation, you represent that you have authority to bind that organisation to these terms. These terms apply to all individual users, corporate account holders, and any person who completes or benefits from a booking.
These Terms of Service constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Sigma Chauffeurs LLC. If you do not agree, please do not use our services.
Our Services
Sigma Chauffeurs provides premium chauffeured ground transportation services across 8 United States cities. Our services include, but are not limited to:
- Airport transfers with real-time flight tracking and complimentary wait time.
- Hourly chauffeur service with dedicated vehicle and driver allocation.
- Group transportation including Sprinter vans and coach options.
- Event and special occasion transport coordination.
- Corporate account programs with centralized billing and multi-traveler management.
- Family-safe rides with certified child safety seats available on request.
Service availability
We operate 24 hours a day, 7 days a week, 365 days a year. Service availability is subject to fleet capacity, and same-day bookings are accepted subject to availability. We reserve the right to decline bookings that cannot be fulfilled safely or to the standard our clients expect.
Service area
Our services are available in Los Angeles, New York City, Chicago, San Diego, Nashville, San Francisco, the Washington DC/Maryland/Virginia area, and Austin, Texas, including their surrounding metro areas. Service to locations outside these areas may be arranged by contacting our reservations team directly.
Booking & Reservations
Booking confirmation
A booking is confirmed when you receive a written confirmation from Sigma Chauffeurs via email or through the Moovs booking platform. An unconfirmed booking request does not constitute a guaranteed reservation.
Accuracy of booking information
You are responsible for ensuring that all booking information provided — including pickup address, destination, date, time, flight number, and passenger count — is accurate. Sigma Chauffeurs is not liable for any failure to provide service arising from inaccurate or incomplete information submitted at the time of booking.
Airport transfers
- All airport arrival bookings include real-time flight tracking. Your driver's schedule is adjusted automatically to your actual landing time.
- Complimentary wait time of 60 minutes is included from the actual landing time for all arrivals — not the scheduled landing time.
- Meet-and-greet service inside the arrivals hall is standard for all airport pickups. Your chauffeur will carry a name board.
- Luggage assistance from baggage reclaim to the vehicle is included at no additional charge.
Hourly bookings
- Minimum booking duration is 2 hours.
- Extensions beyond the booked duration are charged at the same confirmed hourly rate and must be authorised through dispatch.
- Hourly bookings include the vehicle and chauffeur exclusively for the booked duration. They will not be reallocated to other passengers.
Child safety seats
Child safety seat requests must be specified at the time of booking, including the seat type required (rear-facing infant, forward-facing child, or booster cushion) and the child's approximate age and weight. Seats are installed by your chauffeur before pickup and are provided at no additional charge.
Pricing & Payments
Fixed pricing
All Sigma Chauffeurs rates are fixed and confirmed at the time of booking. We do not apply surge pricing, peak-hour premiums, event-day fees, or weather surcharges. The price you are quoted is the price you pay.
Sigma Chauffeurs does not engage in dynamic pricing or surge models of any kind. Your fare is locked at confirmation.
Additional charges
The following may result in additional charges beyond the quoted rate:
- Overtime: Wait time that exceeds the complimentary 60-minute window on airport arrivals, or extensions beyond a booked hourly block.
- Tolls and parking: Any tolls or parking fees incurred during your trip are passed on at cost, without markup.
- Vehicle cleaning: If a passenger causes damage requiring professional cleaning or repair, a fee reflecting the actual cost will be charged.
- Additional stops: For point-to-point bookings (not hourly), additional pickup or drop-off stops outside the confirmed itinerary may incur an additional charge. Confirm before the trip begins.
Payment methods
We accept all major credit and debit cards (Visa, Mastercard, American Express, Discover) processed securely via Stripe. Corporate accounts may be invoiced on net-30 terms by prior arrangement. Cash payment is not accepted.
Corporate billing
Corporate accounts with monthly invoicing terms receive a single consolidated invoice at the end of each billing period covering all trips by all authorised travelers. Invoices are due within 30 days of issue unless alternative terms are agreed in writing.

How to cancel
To cancel or modify a booking, contact our reservations team at reservations@sigmachauffeurs.com or call +1 (800) 574-0000. Cancellations made through the Moovs booking platform are also accepted. The time of cancellation is recorded as the time the request is received and confirmed by Sigma Chauffeurs.
Corporate account cancellations
Corporate account holders benefit from extended cancellation flexibility as agreed in their account terms. If no specific terms have been agreed, the standard schedule above applies.
Cancellations by Sigma Chauffeurs
In the rare circumstance that Sigma Chauffeurs must cancel a confirmed booking due to circumstances beyond our control (including but not limited to severe weather, road closures, or force majeure events), we will provide a full refund of any payment made and make every reasonable effort to assist with alternative arrangements.
Changes to bookings
Changes to pickup time, location, or vehicle type can be requested at any time subject to availability. Changes that result in an upgrade to a larger vehicle or additional time will incur the applicable difference in fare. Changes that reduce the service scope do not automatically generate a refund.
Passenger Conduct
All passengers using Sigma Chauffeurs services are expected to conduct themselves in a manner that is respectful toward our chauffeurs and consistent with the professional standard of our service.
- Passengers must not engage in any behaviour that endangers the safety of the chauffeur or other road users.
- Food and beverages may be consumed in the vehicle with the chauffeur's agreement. Any spillage, damage, or excessive soiling will be charged to the passenger at the actual cleaning or repair cost.
- Smoking, vaping, or any form of tobacco product use is strictly prohibited in all Sigma Chauffeurs vehicles.
- Passengers must not distract the chauffeur while the vehicle is in motion.
- All passengers must wear seat belts as required by applicable law.
- Our chauffeurs are authorised to decline or terminate a trip if a passenger's conduct poses a risk to safety or is abusive or threatening. No refund will be provided in such circumstances.
Alcohol policy
Passengers may bring and consume alcohol in our vehicles for event bookings where this has been agreed at the time of reservation. Visibly intoxicated passengers whose behaviour poses a safety risk may be declined service.
Liability & Limitations
Our liability
Sigma Chauffeurs maintains commercial vehicle insurance in compliance with all applicable state and federal requirements. In the event of an incident caused by the negligence of a Sigma Chauffeurs employee or contractor, our liability is governed by the terms of our commercial insurance policy and applicable law.
Limitations on liability
To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, Sigma Chauffeurs is not liable for:
- Delays caused by traffic, weather, road conditions, or circumstances beyond our control.
- Missed flights, connecting transport, or appointments as a result of delays not caused by our negligence.
- Loss of or damage to personal property, luggage, or belongings left in or on the vehicle.
- Any indirect, consequential, or economic losses arising from the use of our services.
- Booking failures resulting from inaccurate information provided by the customer at the time of reservation.
Force majeure
Sigma Chauffeurs is not liable for failure to perform any obligation under these terms where such failure results from circumstances beyond our reasonable control, including acts of God, natural disasters, pandemic, civil unrest, government action, or infrastructure failure.
Maximum liability cap
In any event, our total liability to you for any claim arising from or related to our services shall not exceed the amount paid by you for the specific trip to which the claim relates.
Corporate Accounts
Account setup and authorisation
Corporate accounts are established by written agreement between Sigma Chauffeurs and the client organisation. By establishing a corporate account, the authorised signatory confirms they have authority to bind the organisation to these terms and any supplementary account agreement.
Authorised bookers
The corporate account holder is responsible for managing authorised bookers and ensuring they are aware of and comply with these terms. Sigma Chauffeurs is not liable for unauthorised bookings made by persons granted access to the account.
Billing and invoicing
- Corporate invoices are issued monthly and are due within 30 days unless otherwise agreed in writing.
- Late payment may result in the suspension of corporate account facilities until the outstanding balance is settled.
- Invoice disputes must be raised within 14 days of the invoice date.
Account termination
Either party may terminate a corporate account with 30 days' written notice. Outstanding balances remain due upon termination. Sigma Chauffeurs may terminate an account immediately for material breach of these terms.
Intellectual Property
All content on the Sigma Chauffeurs website — including text, images, graphics, logos, icons, video, and software — is the property of Sigma Chauffeurs LLC or its content licensors and is protected by applicable copyright, trademark, and intellectual property laws.
You may not reproduce, distribute, modify, create derivative works of, publicly display, or exploit any content from our website without our express prior written consent.
Use of the Sigma Chauffeurs name, logo, or brand identity without prior written authorisation is strictly prohibited.
Disputes & Governing Law
Governing law
These Terms of Service are governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the State of California, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
Dispute resolution
In the event of any dispute arising from these terms or our services, we encourage you to contact us first at reservations@sigmachauffeurs.com. We will make every reasonable effort to resolve disputes through good-faith communication within 30 days.
If a dispute cannot be resolved informally, it shall be settled by binding arbitration administered by JAMS in accordance with its applicable rules. The arbitration will be conducted in Los Angeles County, California. This clause does not prevent either party from seeking injunctive or other equitable relief from a court of competent jurisdiction.
Class action waiver
To the extent permitted by applicable law, you waive any right to participate in a class action lawsuit or class-wide arbitration against Sigma Chauffeurs.
Modifications to Terms
We reserve the right to update or modify these Terms of Service at any time. Material changes will be communicated by updating the "Last updated" date on this page and, where appropriate, by direct notification to registered users or corporate account holders.
Your continued use of our services after any update constitutes acceptance of the revised terms. We recommend reviewing this page periodically. All bookings are governed by the terms in effect at the time the booking was confirmed.
